Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Onsite Role (All 5 Days in a week) in Miami, FL

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire (Must convert to full-time).

Interview process: 2-3 Video rounds

Onsite in Miami (flexible schedule) 8-5 or 7-4

Job Description:-

It was initially a BA with Hyperion Essbase but They are willing to hire a strong BA that has extremely strong communication skills, able to work well and build relationship with stakeholders, and has experience working with finance and complex tools.

• 6 10 years Business Analyst experience
• Strong stakeholder management
• Understands finance perspectives and needs and how to deal with finance professionals
• Writes clear, well-defined business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work under pressure
• Works independently and solves problems proactively
• Adapts quickly to change; experience in multiple companies/industries (but not someone that's been at a position for less than 2 years or jumps every 12-24 months)
• Involved in highly detailed projects
• Comfortable with complex tools (like Hyperion/Essbase complexity)
• Process improvement mindset: Lean Six Sigma would be a good background
• Defines and optimizes processes
• Strong critical thinking and strategic approach to challenges
• Technical knowledge: Tableau, SQL, Jira
• Nice-to-have: Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP (not required-team has senior Hyperion consultant that's on the technical side)
• Learns new tools and systems quickly
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, able to "hit the ground running"
• Focuses on stakeholder engagement and operational excellence
