Job Description

Salary: $165,000 - 205,000 per year Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is essential; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in transformation, program management, or enterprise agility roles, ideally at the Director/Senior Director level.
• Proven track record of sustaining and advancing agile frameworks (Scaled Agile Framework, LeSS, or similar) in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate discussions at the executive level, translating strategic objectives into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen with experience linking transformation efforts to ROI and overall business performance.
• Experience in maintaining a balance between governance and agility in dynamic, rapidly changing organizations.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence others without direct authority.
• Prior experience in organizational change management (OCM) and leadership coaching is preferred.
• Consulting experience is welcome as long as it is accompanied by a pragmatic, results-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Evolve and protect agile methodologies by sustaining and adjusting our scaled agile framework, ceremonies, and governance to remain effective as our business evolves.
• Facilitate organization-wide decision-making through the design and leadership of executive workshops, strategic work sessions, and senior leadership retreats that transform complex challenges into clear, actionable decisions.
• Enable cross-functional transformation by collaborating with leaders across different business units to design and oversee high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment, teamwork, and successful outcomes.
• Drive measurable value and ROI by relating transformation activities to concrete results while monitoring performance against KPIs, value delivery, and investment returns.
• Provide coaching and build leadership capabilities in agile principles, facilitation, and change leadership, accommodating stakeholders’ needs and guiding them through periods of uncertainty.
• Enhance visibility into our portfolio and increase transparency of enterprise initiatives through integrated dashboards, dependency tracking, and cross-business communication.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning, adaptability, and iterative enhancement across various teams and functions.
• Safeguard vital processes without becoming overly rigid in adherence to rules that may obstruct innovation or agility.
