Key Responsibilities
Define brand positioning and ensure alignment across all marketing activities.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and qualified leads.
Oversee campaign planning, messaging, and creative direction.
Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content initiatives.
Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth and audience engagement.
Mentor and support peers and team members by sharing expertise, exchanging experiences, and contributing best practices during scheduled training calls.
10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
Proven success in creating and executing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Strong copywriting, content development, and brand positioning skills.
Experience in purpose-driven, education, or professional services industries is preferred.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
